Your introduction to Pure Pilates will often start with a telephone conversation about you and your body.
You will then be provided with a health screening questionnaire which allows us to find out about your current physical activities, recent health advice and any previous impediments.
During the phone conversation, we can schedule your three, private Introductory Classes at an discounted, introductory price.
You’ll start to learn a whole lot about your body, including things like the importance of breathing, posture, relaxation and sleep.
Before you know it, you’ll be joining our Small Group Studio Sessions and you become a part of our wonderful, supportive community.
